You can try this following link for getting a Chinese name.

http://www.mandarintools.com/chinesename.html

I remember a long time ago I met a girl named 謳佳 Oujia (pronounced "Oh-jah") 謳 Ou means sing/songs (the only word with the "O" sound that has a feminine meaning) while 佳 Jia means beautiful, delightful.

Good luck

Isn't Ouyang 欧阳 (歐陽 in traditional characters) a double character surname, rather than an actual given name?

雪 Xue means snow.
